An AI operating system for a one-person studio
I run three ventures on about 15 hours a week. There's no room for manual work.
A set of AI agents and automations that do the repeatable work, so my hours go to decisions. Each one has a clear job, clear inputs, and a check before anything goes live.
Running every week across all three ventures. Saves me about 8 hours a week.
FABLE+42
Independent fine jewelry designers get buried on Etsy and ignored by Google.
A curated discovery platform that sends shoppers straight to designers' own sites. A Shopify app handles affiliate opt-in, product sync, and commission tracking. When designers wouldn't sync full catalogs to a new platform, I rebuilt the model around editorial and affiliate.
Live. Building cross-designer search next.

A discovery platform for group trips and retreats. I built the affiliate tracking from scratch, with click and booking-confirmation snippets, so commissions don't depend on promo codes or the honor system.
